Epoch Tours understands that travel plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while honoring the commitments made to our partners.
1. Deposit Refunds
Deposits may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the terms provided at the time of booking. Please refer to your itinerary or invoice.
2. Final Payments
Final payments are typically non-refundable within 30–60 days of departure. This is due to non-recoverable costs incurred with airlines, hotels, and service providers.
3. Refund Requests
To request a refund, email info@epochtours.com with your booking reference and reason for cancellation.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability, we will do our best to obtain partial refunds or reschedule services, but guarantees cannot be made.
