3. Travel Insurance

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and necessary visas. Epoch Tours is not liable for any denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

5. Liability

Epoch Tours acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or delay due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Code of Conduct

Travelers are expected to respect local laws and customs. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
